In the rare event that you are unsatisfied with your order, you have the choice of having the goods re-produced or receiving a refund or credit. For an item to be re-produced, refunded or credited, please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the goods to organise a Return authority. Please complete the return authority and return it with the goods in question. Please ensure goods are returned in their original condition and packaging.

Return postage cannot be refunded unless the return is due to a fault in the manufacturing process or the original goods were damaged in transit. In the event where a credit or refund is requested, please allow up to 7 days for the funds to be credited back to your credit card or credited to your account (depending on your preference).

An item cannot be re-produced, refunded, or a credit offered in the following circumstances;
a) Where the goods are returned to without an authorised return authority. 
b) Where Poor quality or low resolution images are supplied by the customer – No refund or reprint will be offered in the instance where the image/s supplied by the customer are of poor quality. Low resolution, out of focus, under exposed or over exposed images can only be printed as supplied.
c) Customer spelling mistakes – Due to the automated nature of our production systems, does not proof read your order. All orders will be produced as per the artwork supplied, it is the customers responsibility to check for errors in spelling.
